RAIN OR SHINE - FILMING THE BATTLE OF THE BANDS

Elaine (Leslie Burnham), looks on as Ted (Travis Pike), begs Danny (Ron Stafford) for a lift in his roadster.	Up on the dolly, young Gregory Pike assists cameramen Ken MacAskill and Paul Holzwarth to get their gear under cover.
Pike Productions soundman Bob Smith is "keeping his powder dry" . . . and his recording gear, too. He's recording from a booth high above the action and well out of the rain.	Ken MacAskill, on the other hand, straps on a shoulder harness to go walkabout through the crowd and to the bandstand. Rain or shine, the show goes on.
Young, free-spirited dancer Judi Reeve is one of the Pike Productions crew's discoveries at the Battle of the Bands.	Travis was there, too, incognito, still gimpy and clever enough to stay out of the crowd -- and out of the rain.
