We begin our collection of FEELIN' GOOD movie sequences with the DEMO DERBY trailer, because that 28 minute action featurette, paired on thousands of screens across the country with the Beatles HARD DAY’S NIGHT, provided the seed money for the Pike Productions, 1966, feature-length, widescreen, color movie, FEELIN’ GOOD. Travis Pike, who wrote the title song for DEMO DERBY, also wrote ten songs for FEELIN' GOOD. Sharp-eyed trailer viewers may also notice that Pike Productions discovery, Patricia Ewing, the cute, lap-sitting, popcorn-gobbling blond in the T-Bird convertible in the DEMO DERBY TRAILER, returned to the big screen two years later as the leading lady in FEELIN’ GOOD.
